The production line is a 12 meter long high-precision intelligent automatic assembly and testing production line. This equipment is mainly used for the automatic assembly of customer parts. It adopts the linear carrier circular conveying structure, fully automatic feeding, PLC program control, human-computer interactive operation interface, realizes the 22 processes of product automatic feeding, feeding, assembly, plugging force detection, finished product sorting and blanking, and has the functions of self fault diagnosis, identification display, audible and visual fault alarm, which greatly saves personnel investment, Improve production efficiency and product quality.
