Equipment features:
1: Adopting a segmented modular design, the production line is divided into 5 modules according to the production process and testing sequence. Each module is equipped with an independent control system and communication module, and a material storage transition plate is installed between the modules to reduce the impact of faults on the overall production efficiency of each module during production and improve the equipment utilization rate of the entire line.
2: The entire production line is equipped with a production management system, and the production plan is issued by the upper computer. The production data of each module is uploaded in real-time to the production management system and displayed on the corresponding large screen. Production reports can be saved for archiving and traceability.
