The assembly and testing line for new energy vehicle motor bearings is aimed at developing and optimizing the design of key bearings for new energy vehicle drive motors. On the basis of meeting the requirements of automated production, upgrade the key bearing assembly process, increase the number of matching warehouses, and add the multi angle rotation measurement function of groove diameter to meet the research needs of key service performance parameters of bearings.

  The entire line adopts a linear conveying method for various assembly and testing processes
  The inner and outer rings of the bearing, as well as the upper and lower retainers, are manually stacked and placed at designated workstations, and the equipment achieves semi-automatic feeding
  Can achieve detection of bearing outer dimensions: inner diameter, outer diameter, and end height
  Can achieve key dimensions of bearings: inner and outer ring groove diameter detection, and automatically pair and fit according to user set fitting rules
  Can achieve bearing flexibility detection, clearance detection, and vibration detection
